Christmas sweepstakes participation conditions

I. General

By participating in the Feuerwear Christmas sweepstakes, Every order number of the orders placed during the promotion period will take part in the draw.

II. Promotional period

The promotion starts on December 10 2017. All orders placed by 11:59 pm on December 14 2017 are included. The winners will be drawn on December 15 2017 and then announced and contacted via e-mail. Our privacy policy applies.

III. Winner selection

From all numbers of orders placed in the promotion period, three winners will be drawn from the drum. Winners have 14 days to contact us, after being notified. If this doesn’t happen, the prize is forfeited.

IV. Eligibility for participation

Eligible are all persons who are at least 18 years of age. Only one order per participent (namely the order with the highest value) will be included in the lottery. We, Feuerwear GmbH & Co. KG, reserve the right to exclude any sweepstakes participant who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the course or outcome of the sweepstakes. This applies in particular to any culpable breach of the contest rules. Furthermore we reserve the right to exclude a participant from the sweepstakes without providing any reason. A prize can be revoked at a later date should it become apparent that the winner was not eligible for participation or became ineligible for participation during the course of the sweepstakes.
