Payment

What payment options do we offer?

  1. Advance payment by bank transfer
  2. Credit card/ direct debit card
  3. Direct debit
  4. Payment against invoice

1. Advance payment by bank transfer

As soon as we receive your order we will send an email to the address you have provided in your order, giving you the bank details for your remittance. Please also check your spam folder.

We will send your order as soon as your remittance has been booked in our bank account. This generally takes up to 3 workdays.

2. Credit card/ EC card

Payments by credit card and EC card (direct debit card) are handled by payment service provider PayPal. You don’t need your own PayPal account for this.

3. Direct debit

Payments by direct debit are handled by payment service provider PayPal. We will now transfer your payment details to PayPal. You don’t need your own PayPal account for this.

4. Payment against invoice

Payments against invoice are handled by payment service provider PayPal. This means that we receive your payment amount directly from PayPal, and can then send out your order immediately.

When should I make the bank transfer and where do I send it to?

You must pay the amount to PayPal by bank transfer within 14 days. You will find the bank account number in the order confirmation and on the invoice, both of which we have sent to you by email. Please also check your spam folder.

Payment against invoice didn’t work properly

When you choose the ‘payment against invoice’ option, PayPal generally carries out a credit rating check before deciding whether or not the order can be processed on this basis. If this payment option doesn’t work for you, please choose a different option.
