Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in our online shop:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Purchase on account (only in Germany)
- Cash on delivery
- Direct debit
- PayPal
- Credit card
Shipping information for our unique products & vouchers during Christmas season
Delivery by 24 December can be guaranteed for the following latest ordering dates, provided it is possible for our logistic partner DHL.
This requires you to not choose the “prepayment” method in your shopping cart, since the order is then dispatched after remittance.
Germany: Thursday, 22 December 2016, 12 pm.
EU: Monday, 19 December 2016, 12 pm.
Vouchers are the exception.
They are sent via e-mail and are therefore not bound to order deadlines.

Invoice dispatch
The invoice for your purchase in the Feuerwear online shop will be sent to you afterwards via e-mail. A separate invoice is not included in your parcel.
Return periods
All products bought in December 2016 can be returned by 15 January 2017. The legal right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
