"Did you forget about Christmas?" Raffle participation conditions

I. General

By participating in the Feuerwear Christmas sweepstakes, every participant gives their explicit and binding agreement to the participation conditions. Purchase or lack of purchase of Feuerwear products will not affect the outcome of the sweepstakes.

II. Promotional period

By participating in the "Did you forget about Christmas?" promotion, you expressly and bindingly accept the participation conditions. The promotion begins on 18 December 2016. Until the end of 22 December 2016, all comments are taken into account. The winners are picked on 23 December 2016 and then announced and contacted via Facebook message. Our privacy policy applies.

III. Winner selection

Out of all comments we'll be picking five winners. Each of them will receive a 20 € voucher. Only comments under the Facebook post "Did you forget about Christmas?" from Feuerwear, are eligible. Only one comment per person can be considered. Winners have 14 days to contact us, after being notified. If this doesn’t happen, the prize is forfeited.

IV. Eligibility for participation

Eligible are all persons who are at least 18 years of age. Participation in the sweepstakes does not depend on any purchase of goods or use of services. Not eligible to participate are employees and consultants, as well as their respective family members, of Feuerwear GmbH & Co.KG, Wilhelm-Mauser-Str. 47, 50827 Cologne, netzreform Neue Medien GmbH, Nordstraße 73a, 53111 Bonn and mellowmessage GmbH, Härtelstr. 27, 04107 Leipzig. We, Feuerwear GmbH & Co. KG, reserve the right to exclude any sweepstakes participant who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the course or outcome of the sweepstakes. This applies in particular to any culpable breach of the contest rules. Furthermore we reserve the right to exclude a participant from the sweepstakes without providing any reason. A prize can be revoked at a later date should it become apparent that the winner was not eligible for participation or became ineligible for participation during the course of the sweepstakes.
